Whether your athlete is just starting out or working advanced tumbling, our clinic is designed to help them build confidence, strength, and technique while safely learning new skills.

What we cover:

⭐ Beginner Tumbling
Perfect for athletes new to tumbling. We focus on the fundamentals including forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and drop backs to bridge.

⭐ Developing Tumblers
Athletes will work on front and back walkovers, Valdez, and stronger round-offs while improving flexibility and control.

⭐ Intermediate Tumbling
Athletes will develop front and back handsprings and begin linking skills together into combination passes.

⭐ Advanced Tumbling
Focus on combo passes and tucks with an emphasis on power, technique, and safe progression.

⭐ Elite Skills
For experienced athletes working layouts, standing tucks, and twisting skills while refining height, technique, and execution.
